COMPETITION

Organizing board of the konference Hygiena Alimentorum XLII, University of Veterinary medicine and Pharmacy in Košice, Department of Food Hygiene, Technology and Safety, announces 7th year competition „The Best selected dried meat product of the HYGIENA ALIMENTORUM XLII conference“.

The Organizer announces the following categories of the dried heat processed and unprocessed meat products in 2022 year:

  1. The best Poultry sausages of the HYGIENA ALIMENTORUM XLI conference.
  2. The best Poultry ham of the HYGIENA ALIMENTORUM XLI conference.

The competition is open to any business subject in the Slovak Republic, which is engaged in food production, poultry meat processing and production of poultry meat products.

The competition registration is opened from to April 25, 2022.
